
We will meet you personally at the arrival gate with a board with your name on it and you will immediately be escorted to your vehicle. Then you can relax and enjoy your trip as the driver takes you to your hotel or other destination.
On the way back, Yalı Travel Agency will take you to the airport on time for your flight.

TRANSFER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking
Bookings should be made minimum 48 hours in advance prior to pick up time. Yalı Travel Agency will confirm the booking by email in written. For bookings in less than 48 hours to pick up time, you should contact us for quick assistance and confirmation. +90 252 385 3200, +90 542 314 7545 (24 hours Emergency Number).
Booking Amendments
Client should provide all the necessary information to do the transfer services as: Client Name / Pick up Location (Airport/Arrival Terminal/Address etc.) / Flight Numbers / Destination Address / Number of Passengers / Vehicle Type / Any special request
Rates Include/Rates Exclude
Rates include: Rates are per vehicle including vehicle, driver, fuel, airport parking, highway tolls, V.A.T. 18%, local taxes, insurance (up to limit of the vehicle insurance).
Rates Exclude: Any additional service request such as change in the booked route, stopping (except emergency) during transfer, any food or drinks, insurance excess.
Payment
The payment is made during the reception in the place of destination or in the office of Yalı Travel Agency.
Important Note: In Turkey the amount is charged only in Turkish Lira in the selling rate of exchange at the date the credit card is cashed. Your bank may use the buying rate of exchange in order to reconvert it in to your country’s official currency. Thus, you do not see a big difference in your credit card statement. Also some banks may charge a small fee for international transactions.
Insurance
The transfer insurance covers the passengers for only medical costs up to the limit of vehicle insurance policy they are transported (if vehicle has insurance). Every care is always taken, customers' property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Customers are therefore advised to check their own travel insurance. We strongly recommend clients take out adequate holiday insurance. It is their responsibility to check to have adequate insurance cover. The insurance should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by client, all medical costs and the cost of assistance including return to their country in the event of an accident or illness.
Conditions of Carriage
Yalı Travel Agency reserves the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be drunk or drugged and/or whose behavior is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passengers (and delegates to drivers and appointed agents). Passengers are not allowed to consume alcohol in any of our vehicles. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles, except where the driver gives permission to smoke.
Yalı Travel Agency will use every reasonable means to ensure that the vehicles arrive on time and the renting period starts on time. We will not incur any liability in the event of any delay due to causes beyond our control. Yalı Travel Agency will endeavor to carry the passenger(s) without any discomfort and inconvenience about the destination on the confirmation document which shows a hotel, apartment or other facility with full address. However, circumstances beyond our control may prevent the achievement of this responsibility. The following are examples of circumstances are examples which may be beyond our control:
